Whole Foods Approach - 3 Months
We spend the first month really getting to know each other!
This program includes your initial nutrition consultation plus weekly follow ups. The weekly follow ups are done via phone or in person. During your initial nutrition consultation we go over your goals, wants and needs. We also come up with a personalized food plan. Your personalized food plan is made with consideration to your calculated BMR (basal metabolic rate), goals, food that you like and don’t like and an emphasis on whole foods consumption.
Following the first month, we will transition to weekly email check ins but still keep one phone call check in per month.
The client also has the option to learn more about counting macros.
