You will be provided with a set of macros and calories based on your specific goals.
If you wish to only track protein and calories, you can absolutely ignore the other macro categories.
You will be able to add a personal daily habit(s) as well.
Here are the FNT RECS
70oz+ h2o daily.
3-5 days exercise per week.
7-10k steps daily.
2-4 servings veggies per day.
1-3 servings fruits per day.
30g+ protein for breakfast.
Prioritize sleep.
Stress management.
How are we going to keep track of all this?
You will be provided with an app (via Everfit) to track all your data. You will be able to track your macros, calories, water intake, activity, weight, measurements, sleep, and habits.
What else is provided?
You will be provided with the following resources - goal/habit inspiration, high protein breakfast ideas (30g+), meal ideas, links to the client resource library and recipe inspo page. These are all password protected.
Weekly meal plans are provided via the community forum.
There are no scheduled check-ins with this program. However, you will be allowed one check in at your convenience.
The check in is completely optional and each client is encouraged to interact with the community. Each one of you help inspire others!
